Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, is an extra layer of security that we strongly recommend for all rp999 members. With 2FA enabled, even if someone obtains your password, they still need the OTP code sent to your phone number to successfully log in.
To enable 2FA, log in to your account and go to Security Settings. The process takes less than 2 minutes and provides significantly stronger protection for your account.
Note: rp999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat. If you receive any message requesting your account password on behalf of rp999, it is a fraud attempt. Do not provide that information and contact our support immediately.
What to Do If You Forget Your Password
Forgetting your password can happen to anyone. The rp999 account recovery process is designed to get you back in quickly and without unnecessary hassle:
- Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
- Enter the phone number or email registered to your account.
- A verification OTP code will be sent to your registered phone number.
- Once you verify the OTP, you can set a new password.
- Log back in with your new password and your account is immediately active.
Important: If you cannot access your registered phone number, contact the rp999 support team directly. We will assist you through a more detailed identity verification procedure to keep your account secure.
Secure the Device You Use
Your rp999 account security doesn't rely on a strong password alone — the device you use to log in also plays an important role. Make sure your phone or computer has up-to-date antivirus software, a current operating system, and avoid logging in over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
If you are using a shared computer, always log out of your rp999 account when done and do not save your password in the browser. Remember to clear your browser history and cache data afterwards to ensure no sensitive information remains on the device.
